This project is developed in an industrial building in Poblenou, Barcelona. To maintain its industrial character, the same natural lime coating was used on floors, walls and ceilings.

The challenge was to get lighting in all the rooms with a single façade. We propose an open and fluid space that allows this to be achieved, together with a set of heights that allows the bedroom area and the main bathroom to take advantage of the façade light while maintaining its independence.

Finally, an interior garden works as a protective filter against the industrial environment of the street, while proposing a green counterpoint to the prevailing monolithic treatment.
