The project consisted of adapting an existing premises to its new use as a pastry shop.

Due to the proximity of the trees, the idea of the project was to have a culinary experience in a natural environment. Walnut-type wood as a material in the vertical elements, aims to simulate the forest landscape.

The false ceiling works as a sky over the forest, the photo of a tree of the same type found in the pedestrian area reinforces the relationship between the two environments. Its lighting uses LED technology and gives us the possibility of having a light that simulates the change in the environment of an entire day in the course of an hour.
