This intervention in an attic of an industrial building in Poblenou (Barcelona) focused on achieving a large and fluid space to accommodate its new multi-space rental use. The continuous coating of natural lime used on walls, floors and ceilings together with the elimination of any internal dividing element, make this reform achieve its objective.

The large terrace, treated with the same cladding as inside, makes the space feel like one and the transition between inside and outside is subtle.

The sleeping area raised one step above the rest of the space, and with a curtain as a dividing element, is part of the whole set but maintaining its independence. A loft above the elevator shaft is proposed as a second room. The new projected windows are strategically placed to frame the main views of Barcelona.
