The project is developed in a building for premises and workshops built at the end of the 90s in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona. The commission consisted of joining two premises to allocate them to a single-family home.

The great height of the premises allowed the construction of a new mezzanine to expand the useful area and accommodate the functional program proposed by the clients.

The main characteristic of the restoration consists of maintaining the industrial language of the building and transferring it to the interior space. To this end, the texture of the exposed brick walls (painted white) has been maintained, a reduced color palette has been used and an economy of materials typical of industrial architecture such as metal and glass has been imposed.
