Three determinants influenced the design solution: its use, mainly a photographic studio with the possibility of becoming an art gallery or a place for commercial events; the surroundings, a sector of the city that is committed to the recovery of old industrial structures; and finally a reduced budget.

It is an old industrial warehouse where the original elements are valued, such as the wooden beam structure of the roof, which has been exposed. Natural light, gained through some openings to the roof and the main façade, emphasizes the diaphanous space where the white predominates. In contrast, the black metal sheet staircase and the polished concrete floor of the meeting area stand out.
